Mario's tummy is still recovering from his stomach flu, but we got out of our house this weekend and went to Hayes Valley Urban Air Market, Hayes Valley's largest street festival, which is a curated market for sustainable design with over 130 venders offering jewelry, art, apparel, beauty products and home goods, plus local artists and musicians.
I treated Mario to his favorite treat, a macaron from Miette, that I was happy he had the appetite to eat. Miette is San Francisco's most charming pastry shop, and one of the top ten pastry shops in the world, according to Conde Nast. I also treated myself to a delicate and beautiful ring from Royaderose, that has the perfect balance between simplicity and elegance.
Overall we had a lovely weekend walking around and enjoying our neighborhood. Mario is feeling much better, but is still not quite his energetic self — so we definitely took it easy. Enjoy the photos of Mario's Day @ Hayes Valley Urban Air Market...
