After visiting the Original Legoland in Billund, Denmark for Mario's Spring Break Holiday, we spent a couple of days in Copenhagen. Although it was cold and rainy (really cold and rainy), we did manage to explore a bit of the city and visited the National Aquarium Denmark, Den Blå Planet. Den Blå Planet is Northern Europe's largest aquarium and Mario loved the interactive touch screens they have next to each tank to learn about the animals. The aquarium resembles a whirlpool when seen from above and is spectacular - I highly recommend visiting Den Blå Planet if you go to Copenhagen with little ones. Besides going to the aquarium, we spent a lot of time in our hotel - our hotel had a swimming pool and bowling alley, so we went swimming every day and Mario bowled for his first time. In between swimming and bowling, we met our friend, who lives in Copenhagen, for lunch and dinner dates - we almost felt more like locals than tourists while there which was fantastic. We all loved Copenhagen and can't wait to visit again!
Happy Mother's Day! I hope that all the mamas had an amazing day with your little ones today & everyday!
Although I usually don't share photos of myself, I am sharing a photo of me and Mario today because we had a perfect Mother's Day together: we ate brunch at Anholt Castle; Mario ate the candy necklace he gave me (though I am keeping the string); and my boys gave me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers yesterday because Mario couldn't wait until today to give me flowers!
Love, Petit-Swag XOXOXO

Mario talks about his birthday at the Original Legoland almost every day, and he routinely asks if we can go back next year. Since Mario had such an amazing time at Legoland, I am sharing some more photos of him at his favorite place ever. The second day we spent at Legoland Billlund was a lot colder than our first day there, but that didn't seem to bother Mario. We all bought matching Lego black hats and I wrapped a Ninjago blanket around Mario and he was ready to explore the Lego Haunted House and the rest of the park all over again!
For the first week of Mario's Spring Break Holiday we visited the Original Legoland in Billund, Denmark - also home to Lego Headquarters. Since it was the first Legoland built, Mario felt extra excited about visiting the Original Legoland! For the past two years we have gone to the Legoland in Germany but Mario was thrilled to explore a new Legoland, especially since this Legoland had a Ghost Haunted House that we went through four times! I think we will have to explore more Legolands in the future with Mario since the parks are all a little different and unique to the city they are in, although Mario has already requested a trip to the Original Legoland for his birthday next year! Enjoy these photos of Mario in front of his favorite Lego, a giant spider; exploring the Imagination Zone; eating his new favorite food, cotton candy; having lunch with his new friend, a Joker Lego Doll; exploring Miniland and goofing around in front of the Legoland Billund sign!
I am super-excited because adidas Originals and Mini Rodini continue with their first collaboration and today is the release of the third drop, and to say it is the cutest collection for Spring/Summer '17 is a serious understatement. I love the iconic styles from the adidas archives including the Superstar sneaker, Firebird tracksuit and windbreaker, bucket hat and backpack decorated with print designs from Mini Rodini founder and creative director Cassandra Rhodin. I also love that both Mini Rodini and adidas Originals’ have a shared commitment to ecological design and sustainability, and this collection is made from organic cotton and recycled polyester. I am still sad, really sad, that the collection is available in size 62-116 (apparel) and in 19-27 (footwear), and Mario is a size too big, but I have my eyes on the very cool backpack and I am hoping I can get my hands on a Firebird windbreaker for him and that it runs a little big!
